'Children´s Day' Well, yes, it's lovely to have a day specially for children to enjoy. But it's also important to be aware how children are vulnerable to abuse, and how it is up to us adults to prevent this, and give children everywhere love and care so they can grow to be loving, caring adults.

'Women's Day' While it may well be sweet to have a romantic day it's also important to be aware how women can be vulnerable to abuse physically and psychologically especially when we have such dominant patriarchal societies. Power should be shared equally with the sexes and used to help all, whether in governments, at work, in the community or in home. . ... women 'n' men - maybe different, definitely equal. Stand 2gether 4 peace, love 'n' equality 4 every`1 everywhere :)
8 Advice to artists on F-f-f-failure' here's some positive attitude about failure i've got after listening to other artists, - in person, on youtubes, ted talks etc . Since changing my perspective on fucking up I feel i've becoming more chilled. Ironically this often actually means i've even become more successful! Therefore i'd like to share with others ... and even listen to more ideas. Think advice's always gr8 to share but 1 last advice: remember we r all different with our own particular wants / needs so adapt each advice to how it could work for u. Just realised ... u know the thought life is art and art is life... most of this art advice actually applies to life itself :) !!

'Tram 28' I simply love the deep yellow trams in Lisbon, esp my fave - the 28, with the discreet ting-ting of the passenger bell and the wild rattling clanking from the driver to warn pedestrians and cars as it rocks back and forth down the narrow cobblestoned neighborhood streets // 15: 'A Smelly Poem' A smelly poem I wrote in a poetry workshop :) ... not sure where i got the inspiration from !!
